A/Prof Winder and Dr Lukins have a specialised focus on Minimally Invasive Cranial Surgery with sub specialist training in a variety of areas. They work with a dedicated Skull Base Team where required in an effort to attain the best possible patient outcomes.

- Microvascular Decompressions (MVDs) for Trigeminal Neuralgia and Hemifacial Spasm
As well as two separate North American Fellowships, A/Prof Winder has a Master of Surgery (Neurosurgery) attained at the University of Sydney, under the supervision of Professor Michael K. Morgan, specialising in Cerebrovascular Surgery. He has a strong interest in cerebral aneurysm management.
